Hi ALL Buyers,

The bags will be shipping over soon.
We just called up our supplier this morning.
They will ship to us the ones which have stocks first.

As for the rest, it will be ship on later date.

Regarding Valerie's case,

The reason for us giving out the full details of contact number is because, she called back to us and find troubles. If she hasn't done that, we won't even bother to RE-EDIT the situation case on our blacklisted section. Please do not think and say that we did not put ourselves in Valerie's shoe by putting her contact number on the section. It may sounds that we are not fair to her as we placed her number on our site, yet we did not put our own number on the site.

But, there are some reasons.
1) If she had not come back to confront us WHEN WE HAD ALREADY REFUNDED HER MONEY.
2) If she had not been a trouble-maker in our site.

Come again, she will say that she's VERY PISSED OFF with us on the situation of the blacklisted section. But at first, she said that we did not state the correct informations of the situation. Now we stated the correct informations, she still come back and find troubles.

Once again, we want to say again.
Our enquires tagboard is not a kopitiam tagboard.
It's a usage is for our buyers to tag and ask enquires.

Our apologised

Dear Buyers,

We sincerely apologized that you guys have been waiting for nearly 2 months for the bags.
However, we really did our part that we called up the suppliers and emailed them. We even go to the extend that to MSN them whenever we sees them.

We really seek your understandings that our suppliers' factory is rushing for tons and tons of bags just to get our bags to be arrived as early as possible. Unexpected things do cropped up. We did not go MIA either. We did not do not reply the emails too.

Just that, recently, one of my partner take charges of the finances and admin falls sick seriously. Lied in bed for a whole day. We sincerely apologized for making our buyers a fuss out of it.

Some of our buyers even ask if they can order in for the bags a not? Our answers to the question is, "We are sorry. We will not take in anymore bag orders UNLESS all the outstanding bags on hand have been cleared. This is to be fair to our buyers who had ordered from us long ago."

It's just part of policy. We do not understand why some blog shops will make things such a big fuss like scamming people's hard-earned money and making our buyers to become less trust in other blog shops. Get the point?

Again, no matter what we say and did, people will go saying, you will definitely side for yourself. Not for the buyers. However, we really hope that our buyers will put trust in us and give us more time to get the stocks in time.

Regarding outstanding bags.

To our dear buyers:

We understand that you have been waiting for your bags very long.
Please understand that our suppliers need to restock your bags.

The earliest date that the suppliers will only be able to send us the bag over airmail only 7th April 2008. Which means, when it reaches Singapore, it will be a week after they mail.

Once we received your bags, we will definitely send notification email out.
Please check our order status regarding your orders. :)

As for BAGS #5, the latest bags will send out by our supplier will be on 23 April 2008.

We seek your understandings.

PS: We have already noticed on the site that, if you DO NOT have the patience, please do not join the spree. Please stop asking if your bag is coming a not, as we can't give you the actual dates.
