3) Buyers are to undertake all responsibility for damages and losses of items sent by POST.
4) Once we receive your order form, we will process it and send a confirmation email within 36hours to you.
5) If you would like to make changes for your order, please do so within the next 24hours once we have send you the confirmation email. After the 24hours, no amendments will be accepted.
6) Please take note that we will not be responsible for any loss of items if you opt for NORMAL MAIL. To be safe, choose either Registered Postage or Meetups.
7) Please clarify your doubts before making ordering.
8) Do take note that if your order is OUT OF STOCK, we will refund the FULL AMOUNT to you.
9) NO refund is given back if you cancel your order after payment made.

Our apologised

Dear Buyers,

We sincerely apologized that you guys have been waiting for nearly 2 months for the bags.
However, we really did our part that we called up the suppliers and emailed them. We even go to the extend that to MSN them whenever we sees them.

We really seek your understandings that our suppliers' factory is rushing for tons and tons of bags just to get our bags to be arrived as early as possible. Unexpected things do cropped up. We did not go MIA either. We did not do not reply the emails too.

Just that, recently, one of my partner take charges of the finances and admin falls sick seriously. Lied in bed for a whole day. We sincerely apologized for making our buyers a fuss out of it.

Some of our buyers even ask if they can order in for the bags a not? Our answers to the question is, "We are sorry. We will not take in anymore bag orders UNLESS all the outstanding bags on hand have been cleared. This is to be fair to our buyers who had ordered from us long ago."

It's just part of policy. We do not understand why some blog shops will make things such a big fuss like scamming people's hard-earned money and making our buyers to become less trust in other blog shops. Get the point?

Again, no matter what we say and did, people will go saying, you will definitely side for yourself. Not for the buyers. However, we really hope that our buyers will put trust in us and give us more time to get the stocks in time.
